Aline Lícia Klein has a Bachelor of Law degree (1999) and Master’s Degree in State Law (2005), both from the Federal University of Paraná. Aline also has a Doctoral Degree in State Law from the University of São Paulo (2014). She has published books, chapters of books and articles in the area of Administrative Law, Public Contracts, Regulatory and Arbitration. She is a professor of the post-graduate studies in Public Administration at Positivo University (Curitiba, PR) and a visiting lecturer in post-graduate courses. She is an arbitrator of CAMFIEP – Arbitration and Mediation Chamber of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná.

Aline has more than twenty years of experience in law firms specializing in Public Law, acting in both the litigation and advisory areas.

She practices in a variety of matters of Administrative Law, Infrastructure, Regulatory, Strategic Litigation and Arbitration. She has wide experience in the areas of concession of public services, biddings, administrative contracts, infrastructure and regulated economic activities. Aline has a distinguished work alongside clients in the industries of road concessions, public transport, rail, port, energy and telecommunications delegations, as well as in strategic litigation before the Judiciary, arbitral tribunals and Courts of Audit.
