Rodrigo J. O. Pinto de Campos earned a Bachelor of Law degree (2005) and a Master’s Degree in State Law (2010), both from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. Rodrigo Campos also has a Civil Engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (2000). He has been a member of prestigious law firms in the Public Law area and has strong experience in public management of road concessions as Officer of ARTESP (São Paulo State Transportation Regulatory Agency).

As partner of the Infrastructure and Regulatory area, Rodrigo Campos works in advising national and international groups in biddings, administrative contracts, public services concessions, public-private partnerships, infrastructure and regulated market projects, from the project modeling and structuring phase until the contractual management, in both advisory and litigation aspects, whether in the relationship of the clients with the governmental sectors (Regulatory Agencies, State-Owned Companies, Courts of Audit and the Judiciary) or with its partners and contractors from the private sector.

Rodrigo Campos is a member of the Legal Board of SINDUSCON/SP, of the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of the Engineering Institute of São Paulo and a visiting lecturer in post-graduation courses of FGV Law São Paulo.

In the 2018 edition of Análise Advocacia yearbook, Rodrigo Campos was recognized as one of Brazil’s most admired lawyers in Public Services Concessions and Regulatory Law.
