Carlos Magno de Abreu Neiva is a lawyer working in Administrative and Economic Law, focusing on the infrastructure, land and water transport sectors, in addition to having experience as a public manager in public-private partnerships and public tenders. He holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctor’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the same University.

He was Post Graduate Visitor at the University of Edinburgh. He is also a speaker and author of doctrinal articles.
