Litza Maria Vasconcellos Santos de Mello earned a Bachelor of Law degree from the Law School of Alfenas University (1997) and a Specialist degree in Labor Law and Procedure from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2006). She is qualified by the Post-Graduate Studies Program of FGV Law São Paulo (GVlaw – Negotiations over the Legislation and the Labor Union Practice) to work in trade union negotiations as a business management tool (2017).

Litza has more than 20 years of experience in the area of labor litigation and advisory. She has a distinguished practice in both the prevention of legal disputes and in complex lawsuits related to Labor Law, developing innovative and creative strategies. Her experience also includes advice in due diligence procedures, employee transfers, assistance to human resource departments, in-company courses and training. She works alongside clients in the sectors of mining, civil construction, food, ports, financial services and others.
